oh, these were good!! only makes six, so order a couple boxes if you have a big family. Apple and cinnamon flavor very good. I used the doughnut pan available on this site and they turned out perfect. They come out more like little doughnut shaped cakes rather then the traditional fried doughnuts you may be used to. I rolled them in a little melted butter then cinnamon/sugar mixture --- fab!! excellent for an afternoon snack in the fall!
