I would recommend this item if they sent me a REAL lame instead of an EZ Open box cutter. I am not joking. That is what I received. They apparently substituted the item for something I could have bought at Home Depot for a buck.

I would ask any reviewers to review the quality and effectiveness of the item -- for gosh' sakes, call customer service if you received the wrong thing. We are not interested a tale of woe about not receiving the right thing. WE WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE ITEM ITSELF. Many, many people look at the number of stars to decide whether to give an item a second look. Knocking an item's rating to 1 star when you were obviously sent the wrong thing gives a totally false impression of the item. I wish the person could remove that post.
