Reports to Café Chef
Responsible for the preparation of all prepared food items on a daily basis and the overall presentation and quality of items being served.
Essential job function
- Daily preparation and clean up of all prepared foods in a timely efficient manner.
- Adherence to state regulations for food safety at all times.
- Preparations, set up, and clean up of catering orders as needed.
- Maintain all prepared foods procedures and processes.
- Maintaining best practice standards for both presentation and quality of product being served.
- Provide retail customer support as needed
- Basic Excel skills
- Food Safety training
- Strong cooking skills
Minimum job requirements
- Weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
