We’re enlarging and rebuilding our school, store, and bakery campus on Route 5, and over the next six months you’ll see lots of changes.
What won’t change, though, is the great food and service you’re accustomed to: tasty sandwiches, salads, and soups; great breads and pastries; entertaining and informative classes, plus all the tools and ingredients you need for your very best baking.
And don't worry: we’ll be open throughout, on our normal schedule . Visit us soon — we’re open and baking every day.

Choose from a tempting selection of topics at The Baking Education Center at King Arthur Flour. From simple 2-hour demonstrations to full-week classes, we offer great instruction for everyone, from kids to professionals.

Our King Arthur bakers pull a wide selection of artisan breads out of the ovens before sunrise, and put the finishing touches on our array of breakfast pastries. Later, we offer elegant European-style treats, including our famous napoleons, along with all-American favorites like whoopie pies and chocolate chip cookies. The King Arthur Bakery: we’re open and baking every day.

From Boston
- Take I-93 North through New Hampshire until it meets I-89 (just outside of Concord, New Hampshire).
- Follow I-89 North until it meets I-91 in White River Junction, Vermont.
- Take I-91 North to exit 13. Go straight down the off-ramp.
From New York City
- Take I-95 North to New Haven, Connecticut. In New Haven, take I-91 North.
- Continue on I-91 until exit 13 in Vermont. Go straight down the off-ramp.
From Burlington, Vermont
- Take I-89 South until it meets I-91 in White River Junction, Vermont.
- Take I-91 North to exit 13. Go straight down the off-ramp.
From ALL destinations
- take I-91 exit 13
- At the traffic light, take the 1st left onto Vermont 10A W and go under the highway (I-91) for 0.2 mi.
- At the next light, turn left onto US Route 5 South.
- Our store, bakery, and school are 0.4 mi on the left hand side of US Route 5 South, just past the car dealership. Look for our sign and a gray building with red trim.
