“We’ve spent the past year making countless incremental improvements to our site that all add up to a complete transformation. At every step along the way, we’ve tried to focus on solidifying and polishing the basics, while at the same time working to educate and inspire. In the end, we’re seeing growth across the board - in dollars and cents, page views and visitors, comments and reviews,” says King Arthur Flour’s Director of eCommerce Halley Silver. “To be named as a finalist again this year is not only incredibly exciting for our team, but reaffirms that our efforts are right on track.”
Gold and Silver Award winners will be announced at the Annual Conference for Catalog & Multichannel Merchants in New Orleans, La., on May 6, 2009.
