All King Arthur Organic flours are certified 100% Organic by Quality Assurance International and carry the USDA 100% Organic Seal. Our organic flours (except whole wheat) are malted using certified organic malted barley flour for consistent enzymatic activity. Our organic flours contain no enrichment. Each bag is individually labeled with the analysis for that particular mill run, so you have instant access to valuable flour performance characteristics.
