|Yield:||About 2 cups.|
1) Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2) Stir in the sour cream, then the remaining ingredients.
3) Spoon into a bowl, and garnish with a bit of chopped cooked bacon, if desired.
4) Serve as a dip or spread for pumpernickel bread and/or crudités.
Yield: about 2 cups.
