This spread recipe is inspired by a version made at our King Arthur Flour Café in Norwich, Vermont. Its creaminess and slight kick make it a wonderful complement to pumpernickel bread (try our Pumpernickel Boule recipe). But if you're a bacon or horseradish fan, you'll likely want to spread it onto everything you can.
