The recipe for this tasty spread/dip comes from the food team at our retail store's café. They prepare and sell it in containers, and also offer it as a tasty accompaniment to toast on our breakfast menu. We think it adds a wonderful flavor dimension when served alongside cinnamon-sugar pita chips.

  • OMGosh, this spread is to DIE for! I used this recipe for the filling for Inside-out Pumpkin Muffins, and this spread is what really makes them! I can see how versatile it will be to use for so many things, even simply for toast. I had two 8oz-packages of cream cheese, but didn't want to use only half of the 2nd package, so I only used the single 8-oz pack and adjusted the rest of ingredients accordingly. There was just enough for the muffins for filling. But this spread is so delish that it sure wouldn't hurt to be left with extra for toast or bagels! I don't normally write reviews, that's how scrumptious this spread is!

  • This stuff is awesome! I made a batch of this to use with cinnamon raisin bagels - just perfect! So much better than that store bought stuff and is like what I get with bagels at a certain coffee/bagel/bakery restaurant chain, only fresher, better and less processed. = ) Thank you KAF!
