We're in love with this glaze. It reminds us of a rich and creamy cup of hot spiced cider; and even though there's no cream cheese in it, it tastes faintly of cream cheese frosting. It's easy to make, and fantastic on pumpkin, apple, and spice cakes.

  • The glaze tastes great. The only issue, was that it was too thick to call it a glaze. I had to spread it over the Gluten Free Pumpkin Cake. Next time, I will pour it over the cake while it is still warm.
