Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper, or to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients, cover, and refrigerate until needed. Sauce will stay good in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Yield: 8 servings, about 2 heaping tablespoons each.

  • Best ever, great with ham/beef/et al. Adds such a sharp contrast and depth of flavor, really enhances both. Family, even kiddos, make this a must have with all meat dishes. Even good on second day sandwiches.
