This sauce is quick and easy to put together, and pairs well with roast beef, corned beef, or pastrami. It can be put to use as a quick dip for chips or vegetables, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper, or to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients, cover, and refrigerate until needed. Sauce will stay good in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
