This is quite possibly the best bread I ever made! I sent the recipe by e-mail to my children..I know they will love it! The bread was so quick & easy to make, and I had all the ingredients on hand as my normal pantry items. I made the recipe to accompany home-made soup, and I will add it to lasagna and spaghetti dinners as well.

I love this bread. It's like an expensive Artisan loaf I'd buy at the bakery, but 100 times better. Nice flaky crust and soft insides. Smothered in butter...Nothing better. Granted we ate it straight from the breadmaker after it sat for about 10 minutes after the baking cycle. They boys (ages 1 and 4) loved it too. The only down side for them was that they kept expecting pizza. But they gladly ate 2 helpings.
