1) Combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
2) Spread each of the slices of bread with 1 tablespoon lemon mayonnaise.
3) Top half the slices with the strawberries, turkey, avocado, and sprouts.
4) Place the remaining slices on top, mayo side down.
5) Cut the sandwiches on the diagonal, and serve.
Yield: 4 sandwiches.
