what are people saying about our self-rising flour?
A positive experience all around. This flour worked well in both the biscuit and scone recipes. It was certainly easy to make a nice batch of tasty homemade biscuits in no time with this flour. My daughter even asked if there was enough flour left for her to make another batch of biscuits.

I am a ‘from scratch’ baker and didn’t see a need for self-rising flour since I always have all ingredients on hand; but the results were great. I’m now convinced that the self-rising flour is superior and I would use it again.
