I like making healthy muffins for my family, but scrubbing the muffin tin afterwards, even my "non-stick" muffin pan, takes almost as much time as the baking. Having tried King Arthur baking pans before, I looked at my batter, looked at this pan, and decided to try it for the first time with no greasing of the pan at all. This pan was up for the challenge. The muffins slid out beautifully, and I could have clean off the stray bits just by wiping with my fingers. I'll be making muffins more often now.

Love this pan! Does not warp and bakes evenly. Was skeptical at first when reading some of the other reviews about how easy the pans were to clean but they are wonderful. Have used mine many times over and still love it.

Wow...there is no doubt that KAF baking pans are of the highest quality. Best pans I have ever owned. This muffin pan was so fantastic that I have ordered a second one. Very high quality, durable non stick coating, thick metal. I can't say enough good things about this product.

Great quality, heavy weight and sturdy. No burned muffin bottoms! I highly recommend this pan. I am planning on getting the mini muffin pan, as well.

I love the weight and feel of this pan. It definitely is sturdy. I made several batches of muffins over the holidays and my results were consistent. I sprayed the pan with PAM and when I turned the pan over after letting the muffins cool slightly the muffins just slid out. No burned bottoms, nice rise - consistently. I too am going to replace my old baking pans with these.

Rarely has a piece of kitchen equipment made me smile, almost with glee, but this pan did! My discount store variety muffin pans were beginning to leave their non-stick coating on my muffins, despite being well greased. Really time to replace! First time I made cornbread muffins in this pan, I sprayed with canola oil spray, baked, and upon turning the pan upside down, out rolled my muffins on to the cooling rack! I will begin replacing other aging pans with more K.A.Flour non-stick pans!

Makes muffin/cupcake baking something to really look forward to because you know the sweet little cakes will slide out with ease and not a broken bottom will be had!

I am preparing to order my 2nd one of these pans! The quality of this product is unbeatable and the clean up is a breeze. I have another cupcake pan that I've had for years and I did a test comparison; divided a batch of cupcake batter between this pan and my old one. The cupcakes in the higher quality KAF pan cooked more evenly and the heat was obviously distributed better then my other pan; the KAF cupcakes rose beautifully with a lively crown on top. Can't wait to prepare an ENTIRE batch of cupcakes (24) in these high quality pans.
