This is a very high quality pan and I love that the nonstick coating seems to be more scratch resistant than traditional nonstick pans. Plus, its not dark either, so items don't brown too fast. My bar cookies turned out great and the pan was easy to clean.

Quite simply, you will not be disappointed with any of the KAF American Made bakeware. The product line is definitely worth investing in, which is exactly what I am doing, piece by piece.

These are wonderful pans--indeed, all the KAF pans are just great. We LOVE that they are American-made, and I recently changed out all my old who-knows-from-where pans for these. These are definitely built to last a lifetime--I think the only way you could damage these pans is to run over them with a car! And they clean up beautifully--I encourage all my friends to buy these pans!

I just bought this pan, but I haven't used it yet. It replaced a cheap pan I had from Target. Quick question--is it safe to cut a cake in the pan or should I turn it out onto a plate to cut and serve? I just cut in the pan with my old one, but I don't want to harm my new KAF pan. Thanks!
I think you should be fine as long as you are careful with the knife. This cheesecake knife is also great for cutting in the pans because it won't damage any surface:http://bit.ly/bxbLQZ ~Amy

This pan bakes my brownies so evenly and it's very easy to clean. Wish I didn't wait so long to buy it!

All of the KAF pans are so good that I am slowly replacing my old ones with these pans. They are easy to clean, sturdy and brown the breads nicely.

Absolutely great! I just ordered a couple of 8" pans made like this. A friend said, "You probably have pans that never leave your house." Yep. I share with others but leave these pans at home.
