This pan is wonderful. I work in a bakery and I'm always looking for a new item. I liked the looks of the pan so I bought one for myself as I would have used this personally too. I took it to work and made a batch, it sold the minute I took it to the front. That is the best review I can make, everyone loved them! They are easy to make. I wished I had 2 - it would save me some time! I cut the tops off and ice them and use for tasties, or give them to the help.

I just used this pan for the first time with the Velvet Pound Cake recipe. Love it. I plan to order another so that I can have one pan ready to go in the oven when one comes out. Once I figured out how much to put in each acorn, they came out beautiful. I had to use no spray or oil in the pan and each acorn popped out and was evenly browned.
