What did I do wrong? The first time I used it, it broke in half when I removed it from the pie! Not good! I am sorry to hear this. Please give us a call in customer service at 800-827-6836 and we would be happy to refund or replace this for you.

This is fantastic! I have always used a metal one which only fits one size pie which worked, but this silicone one is so easy to use and fits all size pies. I highly recommend it (it is also a snap to clean).

I love these pie shields. I used to have to tear strips of tin foil. I also bought some for the small pot pies. I highly recommend. Great product

I wasn't sure how this would work when I got it, since the directions say to clip it together to fit the piecrust, but when I used it, I didn't really have to connect the two ends, it just overlapped and sat nicely on the top of the crust. The crust browned beautifully, and I was very pleased with the results. I'm glad that I bought this!

Highly recommended for a standard size pie. Unfortunately I use an oversize ornate fluted pie pan and it only goes around about 7/8 of the diameter. GREAT concept, wish it was bigger. At least I can get 7/8 around and then use a little piece of tin foil to finish. Please make this in JUMBO!!

I liked the ease of placing this on the crust - much easier than foil. Just remember that this gets really HOT, so protect your hands when removing it.

I highly recommend this for anyone who has ever toiled to make a perfect pie, only to have the edge get burnt. It is so much easier than fiddling around, trying to make foil fit. Thanks to this my Thanksgiving pies looked pretty darned good, if I do say so myself.

The only problem is that it could be slightly larger. Covers most pie plates well but not my largest pie plate. Works well, though. Much better than the metal shields and easy to clean.
