LOL We own an aviation company and I have to say that I use these pans more than ANY others that I own! Even more than my cookie sheets! I would definitely buy TWO though as just leaving your oven on for 2 batches will more than pay for the extra pan. This pan works great with the King Arthur Flour scone mixes and muffin mixes! It takes about 15 min. to prepare and 15 to bake and in 1/2 hour you have delicious treats that taste completely homemade. (Especially if you use butter & cream like I do.) The scones/muffins just FALL out effortlessly every time!! Plus the pans are REALLY well made and not cheaply designed. Also I add pecans to my scones and muffins too. I am giving 2 people a set of these pans as a gift for Christmas. Also a perfect gift for any aviation enthusiast on your list! Even better if you send with a scone or muffin mix!

Tried this pan with the cowboy muffin mix. Worked beautifully! No sticking, easy out. Tried with brownies the next night.My kids love it!
