I am a big fan of marzipan and almond paste. This was particularly delicious and easy to get out of the can. A nust have for almond lovers!

I made amaretto cookies for the first time this year. I could only find this cookie in a bakery in Ohio, where I always shop when we visit the grandchildren. They turned out just like the bakery ones, just a little bumpier! Great product. Thanks, also, for the recipe for Cloud Cookies.
