How long would I have to cook this in a bundt pan? Any other special instructions for baking it that way? To convert cake mixes to bundt cakes, lower the temp. to 325' and bake 55 to 60 minutes. Irene @ KAF

All all I can say is WOW!! I have struggled and struggled and struggled perfecting a Vanilla Cake Mix. I have tried all kinds of recipes, purchased books after books after books! My Mom's recipe is completely out of this world and I could not even perfect or come close to her recipe! But not anymore!! This mix has the texture, moisture and POW WOW flavor just like my Mom's!! The exception is that it's SO much easier to make than my Mom's and I tweaked it adding the flavors my Mom uses for her cakes! If only my Mom was here to taste it! Love you King Arthur and Love you Mom! Always!! I will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase my baking goods other than King Arthur, You guys Rock! :) BTW my Mom is in Florida doing well! I live in SLC job relocation! He..he.. :)

Wonderful, all-natural cake mix! I used this for my son's first birthday cake and was very pleased with the cake. I used the Easy Vanilla Frosting recipe, too, which was perfect.

The best cake mix I , my husband, Mom, Dad, and kids have ever had! Very impressed! Very High quality. You won't be dissapointed at all. Well worth the extra money. I will never go back to the grocery store brand cake mixes we all know. Same goes for the chocolate cake mix also!

i made jumbo cupcakes easy mix flavorful batter (yes i know too) i agree with the review that said she ate one cupcake hot without icing and it was wonderful! it was! it was moist and flavorful even when overdone (my fault) and really if i already hadnt made the icing i would just eat em by themselves. i highly recommend this cake mix but honestly- all king arthur mixes have turned me into a baker. Thanks!

Since returning to work, I have done much less baking. I enjoyed baking from scratch instead of box mixes. After reading reviews of King Arthur cake mixes, I decided to give it a try. The vanilla cake is wonderful. So much better than other commercial mixes. Easy to mix up, quick and delicious.

It IS very hard to find a good, simple, vanilla cake mix and since I am a devotee of KA, I thought I would give this mix a try. Not only was it simple to make and incredibly delicious with that old fashion taste, it looked fabulous in my nine inch cathedral cake pan! The package suggests cup cakes and layer cakes but I wanted something different. The cake was delicious and moist and flavorful. I had to bake longer than the required time which was 60 minutes. I turned the cake out, let it cool, and sprinkled it with powdered sugar and VOILA, it was the talk of my party. :-) I'm back for more.
