A little of this goes a long way. Can be overpowering if you use to much.

I purchased this instead of the lemon powder this year because KAF was sold out. When I opened the package it smelled intense, when I tasted it, it tasted intense so I used a lesser amount in my recipe. Oh my goodness, it was heaven! I think others who say its not strong enough think limes are more tart than lemons but they are mistaken. Limes are actually sweeter. My family couldn't be more pleased and this will now be in our traditional Christmas cookie line up and I will find other reasons to use it throughout the year I'm sure!

Used this in place of lemon juice powder and loved it. A nice rich tart flavor.

I, too, thought it would be much more flavoring than what I got. I was expecting something a little bit more pronounced and I was disappointed by the very elusive scent. I am sorry this did not work out for you. If you give customer service a call at 800.827.6836, we would be happy to refund or exchange for another item.

Love the additional flavor the lime powder gives my baked goods. The only drawback to the powder is that it turns to a rock if you don't use it up quickly. I found out the hard way. Keep the powder in the freezer and it will not turn to a rock.

This is not as strong of a lime flavor as I had hoped for. Am still trying it in recipes. I do, however, like it, just wish it was stronger!

Is this the same product as the Natural Lime Powder I've been buying for a few years? If so, I can't recommend it enough. Gives anything an awesome boost of tart lime flavor, and makes the whole house smell fantastic when you bake with it!

This is great mixed with chipotle powder or ancho chili powder, garlic, cumin and salt. Sprinkled on corn on the cob or anything grilled it adds a great lime chili seasoning.

To keep the moisture out, so the powder won't harden, store in a closed jar in a frost-free refrigerator.

Have only used this once so far-love it and your products, but would like more detailed storage instructions on some items. My lime powder hardened-what can I do now to use it again and suggestions for storing it. Thanks
