Expensive but Ive used it in carrot cake and in the crust of cheesecakes mixed with graham cracker crumbs. Nice texture and taste

A little more expensive than other places, but milled much more finely... Great for macaroons.

This finely ground flour is perfect for cakes and cookies and is easily stored in my freezer. Any macaroon officianado will love it.

I've made muffins and pancakes with this Almond flour and my family loved them. I have also breaded chicken tenders with this flour and they were very tasty. It is somewhat costly, however.

I use the almond meal to make Austrian Vanilla Kipfels for Christmas. We like using your product rather than grinding almonds in the food processor. The flour gives a more even consistency.

The product itself is good, but I found I could buy a similar product at a local whole food store for the same price at twice the volume (16 oz). Too expensive for the amount purchased.
