What a nice breakfast treat! These pancakes turned out very good. Nice and moist, with just the right amount of apple flavor. Next time I might add a pinch of cinnamon to give it that extra pizzaz.

I have tried many of apple pancake mixes. King Arthur's are by far the BEST i have ever had. Bar none the BEST.This mix is on the mark! taste,texture, and quality a 10 out of 10

This Apple Cinnamon pancake mix is awesome! I made these pancakes for breakfast when my family arrived for the Christmas holidays. We LOVED them. The taste is so flavorful that some family members ate the pancakes without even adding the syrup. I am very busy and rarely take the time to write reviews. But, these pancakes are worth taking the time to say 'They are great'. I am ordering more for our church brunch, next month.

Made these pancakes on Christmas morning and everyone loved them! I saved part of the mix in the refrigerator and made more the next day. Very good!
