This product makes a great addition to apple pie, along with the boiled cider. The ease of measuring the spices once is convenient. You end up with multiple pies tasting wonderful. A great addition to the pantry for speed and accuracy.

A very easy way to add the spices to your pie. Instead of individual measurements it's one!

Three other ways to enjoy the apple pie spice: I sometimes mix it into apple sauce instead of cinnamon; mix it into your morning oatmeal; I have always added cinnamon onto the coffee grounds before brewing, but I often substitute this item. Everyone seems to love the smell and taste.

Perfect blend. I used it in place of pumpkin pie spice mix too and it was great.

I use this mostly for a little mini apple pie dessert. I use a pre-made pie crust cut into 4 pieces. Then I add an apple pie filling that I chop finer than how it comes to us. I place about 2 TB. or more of the filling in the middle of the crust. Then I sprinkle on the Apple Pie Spice from King Arthur. I then wrap the crust over the filling and crimp where I can. I use parchment paper to bake at 425 degrees until the crust is done and golden. I sprinkle on powdered sugar and serve with caramel sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Oh So good and the apple pie spice adds so much good flavor to this wonderful dessert! Enjoy!

Wonderful blend of the typical "Apple Pie" spices in one convenient blend. Yummy for more than just apple pie as well. Makes the house smell like Grandma's house -- Hmmm, that would be "Me"...smile. Thanks for a lovely spice blend.

I made the Apple Skillet cake twice now and added it to the pancake mix. Great flavor, great spice. The skillet cake did not last very long!
