I use this seed mix in a sourdough whole wheat bread from the "Bread Bible." The mix of flavors is wonderful!

I add a heaping tablespoon to my hot cooked breakfast cereal with a dot of butter and a bit of sea salt - fabulous.

Just used it on batch of bagels. Yum! Want to note that I had missed anise as one of the ingredients. My wife finds anise a very disagreeable flavor and had to scrape them off. Rest of us loved the mix!
