I like the baguette pan except that I didn't know that one commonly reduces baking temperature by 25 degrees because of non-stick surface -- my wife told me after my first three loaves baked on this pan were burned on the underside, first time ever.

I just made three baguette loaves using the KAF pan and recipe. The recipe is very, very easy (you just need to consider the time to make the poolish), and the resulting bread is the best baguette I've had. Thank you, KAF, for making it possible!

This pan kept my bread from flattening out and the venting on the bottom made it crispy all around. I love this pan!
