When I'd come home from school, sometimes my sister would be waiting for me with a freshly baked mini-chocolate cake in a mini tin (an old cream cheese container) -- what happy memories! (then she got married and moved out) So...it was such a pleasant surprise to see these mini tins WITH tops!1 Now all I have to do is bake my mini chocolate cakes (with my choice of King Arthur mixes) and proudly carry it with me to work or play!! And I really SHOULD bake some for my sister to tthank HER for those special memories!! And THANK YOU, King Arthur Flour!!!

These are beyond awesome! I wish I'd found about them years and years ago. Since I am a freak for at-home packaging, especially packaging that need not be returned, these little OVENSAFE pans with their see-thru lids open new vistas into picnicking and school lunches.
