Just used these today making "Betsey's Pannetone" from the KA recipe. Using a digital scale I put 4oz. dough into each pan; and when 1/2" from the top edge, I baked it and it crested over the top. Nice little gift size.

If you'd like to make your small cakes, panettones, etc., and look professionally baked, this is the right wrapper. They hold up fine in the oven for wet, buttery yeast doughs. I haven't tried them for wet batters yet but would not hesitate. Nice.

I just bought these molds and I think they're beautiful. However, I would like you to recomend me some specific recipes that may work better with them. thank you.
Thanks for checking but we do not have specific recipes written for these pans. They can be used for cupcakes, muffins, pannettone, etc. or any yeast bread. Hope this helps. MJR @ KAF

not bought the item yet but read to use the tulip papers, do you put the tulip inside this 'pan' or on the outside?
Tulip papers work just like regular cupcake papers, so they go on the inside. Happy baking! MJR @ KAF

I have used these wonderful little pans to bake small yeast breads and for cupcakes,with and without tulip liners. The cupcakes are spectacular, allowing a high rise which means lots of room for filling. The tulip papers provide for balance with a robust swirl of buttercream. Fabulous product!

Perfect for a bake sale. Allows you to sell a single muffin and the customer feels like they are getting something special. I put them in a clear bag and tie off the top with a nice ribbon.
