I used these for cinnamon rolls. The pans did'nt leak, but I did however use less butter for the center roll filling. I put extra icing in a KA round bake take muffin cup and put it in the center hole. When placed in KA bread gift bag they looked very pretty and I dont have to worry about getting a pan back.

I use this to make coffee cakes for teachers and friends. I love the size as I can get 2 coffee cakes from 1 recipe. They fit beautifully in the double bread bag and tied off with a ribbon they look professionally prepared. I only wish they came in an even smaller version. I spray mine with cooking spray and I bake them on a half sheet pan. Two fit perfectly. Please look into offering them in a smaller diameter, as well.

The concept is good, but after ordering and filling this product's cavities, for gift use etc, I realized that the hole in the centre acted as wasted space entirely. I bent the round sides flat, and placed a cupcake filled with my dough therein. Not impressive! I will not purchase this item again, since I have to improvise to make or give my best impression. I thought of some greenery, or maybe a colourful Napkin for the hole, decided against it. I now have 24 Pans on hand, which if I could, I would exchange for something else. The King Arthur Company is highly rated in Our Kitchen, so the decision to order these, was my mistake. I enjoy some other Products immensely, and love those offers. Hope this helps someone out there. BlessedBaker. NC Give us a call at 800-827-6836 so we can find an item to send you as a replacement! -Matt@KAF

Love these pans for gift baking, especially fruitcakes. Wrap with decorative celophane and it's ready to go.

Well, I'd recommend them because it makes an attractive gift presentation, but I sure won't ever bake cinnamon rolls in them again as they leaked horribly. Thank goodness it was above freezing here today as I had two doors and a window open to deal with the smoke billowing from the oven as the butter from the rolls leaked all over the heating element. Yes, a tray would have helped, but then the bottom of the pans would have been sitting in a pool of butter. Not sure what the answer is, other than don't use them with anything that hasn't something that might possibly leak.

Sorry this didn't work for you, please call us at 800-827-6836 and we'll gladly issue a refund

I'm giving these a 5 star rating because, they are good to bake in. However, I do find that you do have to spray them with nonstick spray, bake them on a silpat, because they leak and the paper will stick to a sheet pan and when they are finished baking, move them to a cooling rack to cool. The first ones I baked cinnamon rolls in leaked in the pan and stuck tight to the sheet pan. I didn't spray them either and they stuck to the paper. So remember to spray, use silpat and move to cooling rack and they will work perfectly!

I used KAF Cinnamon Buns mix and used 2 pans with 6 or 7 rolls each. It turned out beautiful. My neighbors loved them!

The pans look very nice, but unfortunately they leak (and this particular pan does not have pin holes). If you do buy them, make sure to put a cookie sheet under! Please give our Customer Service team a call @ 1-800-827-6836 so they can make this right for you. Tara@KAF
