Again this past Christmas, these pans were an eye fetching substitute for aluminum when baking cinnamon rolls for giving. Made six batches and all turned out fabulous (no leaks ever)! Baking time was 5 minutes less then when using traditional pans.

I wanted to love these but I found the lack of size directions on the pans itself to be a problem. Did I need to grease? How many cups will they hold? I used with a King Arthur Coffee cake mix and spent the day after Christmas scraping cake out of the oven and tossing it in the trash with the half cooked batter still in the pan. Expected better info since I bought both the mix and the pans from King Arthur. Wasted over $20 and served cold cereal.
I am sorry for your experience with these pans. We try to provide the most detailed information possible with your products. Here is a link that may be helpful: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/essentials/bake-and-give#set2

Like other reviewers, two packages of my bake'n'give pans (these and pannetone) arrived squished down at the top. In my case it seems the shrink wrap was too tight. I just bent the sides back up and used them anyway. I filled these pans with the Ridiculously Easy No-Knead Sticky Buns, and froze them for gifting as per instructions in the "Freeze!" blog entry. You definitely put the pans on a cookie sheet both to freeze and to cook, because for one thing the butter does leak out all over the place both when initially filling and when baking, and if not plaved on a flat surface in the freezer the pan will deform to whatever shape it's laid on. Nevertheless the pans are pretty, bake well, and the sticky buns fell right out when turned over after baking. I will definitely buy again for gifting.

I love these, have used them for years -- appreciate the fact that you don't have to worry about a returned pan, or pay for the unattractive aluminum pans that wrinkle and dent.

This is my first time to try out this "giveaway" pan... and am very pleased. Made my hummingbird cake and divided the batter into 3 pans. Not sure if I have to grease, I didn't notice any instructions attached, but went ahead with applying thin film of pam spray and cake baked well. Will be buying more of this.

I like this round pan, but please be sure to pack the pans so they will not have crushed sides upon arrival to the customer. King Arthur made good on the crushed ones. Thank you!

These pans arrived crushed. I *think* I will be able to straighten them out enough to be used, but I will not buy them again.
These should not have arrived in this condition. Please contact us at 800-827-6836 for a replacement. Sorry about this.

I really love these pans. I always buy in bulk when I purchase these. I bake the King Arthur Cinnamon-Streusel Coffeecake at least twice a week. My dad brings them to work with him and the guys go NUTS over them. I split the batter between 2 pans it comes out perfect everytime. Thanks KAF! :) You never let me down.

I used these pans for coffee cakes for a bake sale. The cakes looked attractive and I used a large gift bag with a ribbon to finish it off so it made a very nice presentation.

I made a yellow cake, greased the pans as directed but couldn't get them out to be iced. They stuck everywhere and left fairly big pieces on the bottoms. Not pleased.
I am so sorry to hear that you encountered difficulty with this product. The Bake and Give pans actually do not need to be greased. You can find the product FAQ with details here:
