Good quality and give a nice presentation. I baked the Lemon Brioche in them and gave for gifts at Christmas with homemade jam and Devonshire cream. Everyone loved them.

Loved the pans. Definitely able to reuse. Made mini brioche using your mix and they were delicious. Stuffed with crab salad for a wonderful appetizer.

These pans are just perfect. I use them for chocolate filled brioche and they come out perfect. I have even reused the pans when baking large batches. I love these little pans and would be thrilled to be able to buy them in a large quantity.

Leave it to KA to come up with the best products and solutions. These are perfectly adorable for presentation, and as the other reviewers noted, make clean-up unnecessary. You can also use for mini-mini muffins or cupcakes and for individual servings of souffle or mousse. We even scooped ice cream for a buffet and presented in these pretty papers. I'm sure we'll find other ways of using them too. Great product.

Love these pans! The brioche comes right out without making a mess...you can even reuse them. I made brioche stuffed with raspberry preserves and a lemon chiffon filling. Yum!
