Arrived with a large chip on the rim. Spoke with Customer Service and was told they'd send replacement. That was last month. So far haven't rec'd it. As I am a "Southpaw" I liked the print location. Too bad the chip is right where I'd sip.

I like this coffee mug very much. It is sturdy and attractive and holds a large cup of coffee well. I like the simple design. It cups well in your hands and it has a large handle to accommodate large hands. I like King Arthur products a lot and think it adds a little distinction to my kitchen. I would buy it again and always reach for it when I have my coffee in the mornings. Does well in the dishwasher and doesn't seem to stain. It has a large top opening if you like dunking some foods.

I love, love, love this mug!! This is my one and only mug that I drink hot drinks out of. My friends compliment me on how they like the bake mug, seeing as I love to bake like I do.

I love the size of this mug. It works for a 10 oz coffee with room for the fixin's. I have a dozen of them, need I say more. When my friends see the King Arthur on them it sparks conversation about baking and other food related topics.

This Chinese-made mug is large and sturdy. Because it arrived with a slight flaw in the finish and the printing, I've only given this item 4 stars.

The quality of the cup is fine. I like the thickness and it holds a decent amount of tea. My biggest complaint, why is the word "bake" facing me (I am right handed) and not on the front of the cup when I hold the cup in my right hand. :-(
