My Mom purchased the Bench knife for me as a gift and I can't be happier with it. I have another bench knife that was by Graham Kerr, but it was fairly flimsy in comparison. I use this one to cut my homemade caramels and it really cuts like butter. Thanks to KAF & my Mom!

This is the first item so far from KAF that I'm not crazy about. When I received it the logo was all smudge. For the price I expect better and it could be bigger; it looks smaller than average. I've seen bigger ones half the price of this. It's sharp, sharp enough to rip your silicone work mat so don't use this on yours.
