I mixed some up and added a dollop in the middle of my muffin batter then topped with a coffee cake crumb topping from another receipe. Whoa!! love at 1st bite

Perfect ingredient to the Cinnamon Schmear Scones. Not too sugar sweet for breakfast but a great cinnamon flavor. Love it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! I have been baking cinnamon rolls ane breads for years and will now ONLY use this product for my filling. After my first order of 1, I ordered 3 so I don't run out. We are so lucky to have a neighbor who shovels our driveway and the mess at the end that the snow plow leaves, so I baked a lot of cinnamon bread using the BAKERS CINNAMON FILLING and he commented that he really loved the bread. So I now have found a way to repay him for what he does for us. I have a cousin who also loves to bake and likes your products as well. I told about the BAKERS CINNAMON FILLING and she said I was making her mouth water and she needed to raid the refrigerator and would order this product. I also belong to a birthday club and have told them about this product and you will probably be getting orders from some of them in the near future. I always look forward to receiving KA catalogs. This is great stuff, but I find I frequently need less than the package suggests. It is quite potent stuff, so a little goes a long way. This really gives cinnamon buns a fantastic flavor.

This is my go to ingredient for cinnamon rugelach. Easily mixed with water and schmeared on the dough, the flavor and texture of the filling can't be beat. When I'm feeling frisky, I sprinkle on KAF cinnamon chips before rolling into crescents. Don't forget the crunchy KAF sugar crystals on top.

I used this in my cinnamon buns and compared to using sugar-cinnamon mixture, this filling is not as dry. The cinnamon flavor is quite intense, which I like, but my 4 year old found it to be ?too spicy?.

I have only used this to make quick cinnamon rolls using refrigerated crescent roll dough, but I can't wait to do some real baking with it. It was YUM.
