I just finished my first can of Bakewell Cream and have ordered another. I have to admit I thought baking powder was baking powder, but the Bakewell really does seem to perform better than any I've ever used, especially in biscuits.

I've been using this baking powder for a couple of years now. It doesn't add an "off" flavor to baked goods, and they rise nicely.

These biscuits were good, but they weren't as impressive as plain old buttermilk biscuits made from scratch (which don't require any fancy baking powder). Personally, I was disappointed. They were big and dried out much faster than my usual recipe. Sorry to disagree with the others who are so happy with Bakewell. I am sorry to hear this did not work out for you. Please give customer service a call and we would be happy to refund or exchange for another item.

Never again will I use the store bought stuff. There is no comparison to Bakewell! I used this, along with KAF cake flour, to make a strawberry cake yesterday. The cake was awesome! I also used 1/4 cup of the cake enhancer and the cake was moist, rich, and decadent. I didn't think that the brand of a baking powder didn't matter as long as it was fresh. I now know otherwise. KAF has the best ingredients around and I've converted a co-worker of mine into trying KAF products, as well.

OMG. Changed my (long) baking life. I proselytise for this stuff . . . my mission is to raise the world, one teaspoon at a time.

You'd think baking powder is baking powder, not so! I accidentally ordered this instead of the Bakewell Cream and decided to keep it. (I will get around to ordering the Bakewell Cream this year.) Anyway, I used this in a batch of cookies and they came out so nice! The rise, "lightness" of the cooky was noticeably different than from store bought brand. I'm going to stick with Bakewell Cream Baking Powder! Thanks, KAF.

This is the best leavening agent out there. I will not substitute with the grocery store brands. I will only use this product from KAF!

I don't use any other kind anymore.

Like the feel of the baking powder - works well. Do not like the packaging. Other companies have plastic lids to cover and opened container. Mine is bend out of shape from the numerious openings.

I don't understand the reviews on this product and confusion. It says its baking powder and double acting. Seems simple enough to me. I have no problem with it at all.
