I ordered a version of this item from KAF last year, and it was a great help in the kitchen when making pies and cookies last year. However, I was very disappointed that when I unrolled it to use it for Thanksgiving baking, I discovered that the printed image on the surface had stuck to the mat backing, and as I peeled it open it left a transfer of the design on the opposite face, ruining it. (I know KAF will do me right because they stand behind their products, but I've never had this happen with silpats or other similar mats. Maybe the design on this new version is integral to the mat and not applied to the surface?) If this had not happenned, I would have given the item 5 stars.

Of all the things I have purchased for cooking this ranks a 100% and top of the list! I do lots of "rolling" like cookies, pies and yeast rolls. This is the greatest thing since sliced bread! You use so much less flour and cleanup is a breeze. Thumbs up from a former floured tea towel on the cabinet "roller".
