After having used these in two recipes, I will NEVER use any other chocolate chip. They leave all others far behind. The only problem is what to do with the large bag of that other brand?

When it comes to chocolate, I know everyone has their own taste but these I really like and so does my family. The first time I made cookies using these everyone said they were a hit and to keep baking with them.

I made chocolate chip cappuccino muffins with these chocolate chips. I also used your espresso powder. They were delicious!! Now I make them all the time. The chocolate chips just melt into the muffins. They are fabulous.

What's the big deal? Little flavor and poor texture. Certainly no better than basic grocery store chips. Big disappointment.

Actually, I have a question that I think all customers would be interested in....What percentage(%) of cocoa are these chips? This is standard information that is listed on chocolate. Please include this information for all the chocolate on KAF. Thanks.

Just FYI, the TRADER JOE'S semisweet chocolate chips are Callebaut chips! They have the TJ's label but are 100% Callebaut. Do a comparison yourself and your wallet will thank you!

Have overcome my reluctance to comment on items which might be considered a matter of taste preference, but.... when I tasted these chips the first thought that came to mind was stale. However, without a doubt KAF would never send stale items. So, on second thought, they are quite dry, without the typical mouth feel that comes with chips- they almost have a powdered veggie flavor. Will not order them again.
