Made English Toffee, chocolate on both sides. This chocolate tempered beautifully. The aroma and taste is to die for. I will use this from now on. Compliments all around.

So good that I had to buy more. Made the peppermint bark, easy and everyone who got a care package wanted to know where I bought the chocolates. The two layers didn't come apart when cutting, as I used another brand of chocolates and had nothing but trouble. I'm so glad I found King Arthur Flour.

This is pretty good, but my favorite is still the Espresso Chocolate Chunks.

These semisweet chocolate chunks are wonderful in my chocolate chip cookies. I've decided to use these now as it appears the espresso chocolate chunks have been discontinued. They really were a favorite and set my baked goods apart from others when I used them....hoping your reconsider and bring them back! I've put it on our customer "wish list" for consideration! eh. they were fine. nothing wrong w them per se. and i love chunks over chips. but i did not find them to be notably better than (gasp) the nestle chunks. the merckens bittersweet, on the other hand, another matter..

The chunks were almost tasteless - they also had a whitish coating making them appear stale.
Whitish coating could be chocolate blooming, shouldn't effect taste, though. Please contact us at 800-827-6836 for a refund or replacement

Delicious! We did a taste test of a few cocolates and this one was our favorite. Gerat for nibbling or making chocolates with.
