Just ordered another bag of these. I agree with several others - they are a little dangerous - way too easy a snack! I liked the way they melted - used double boiler method to not overheat. I personally think they are much better than the store variety white chips.

I used these to make white bark and it was a grainy mess. They were in my freezer for about a year. I have two newer bags in the freezer and don't know what I will do with them. I love ordering from your site and am usually very pleased.
I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty. Chocolate should never be stored in the freezer. Cool & Dry in a dark pantry is best. This is the ONLY white chocolate I use!! I bake a lot and haven't found a recipe that they do not improve with their creamy texture, flavor and ease of use. I always buy them 3 bags at a time because like someone else said some of them never make it to the baking stage!! Now if you could please get the white chocolate pearls back I'd be a REAL happy camper. L.M.

The white chocolate chunks were a big improvement over using white chips or the waxy bark sold in grocery stores. They melted smoothly and had a mild flavor that did not overpower in the KA peppermint bark recipe.

I love white chocolate, but this one has virtually no White chocolate flavor. It was more flowery, perfumy and left an unplesant after taste. It was expensive so I melted it, added some cocoa butter and vanilla to make it edible. Others clearly disagree with me. I am sorry you did not like the white chocolate! Smelled rancid and curdled when added to cream

Love the fact that these have NO hydrogenated oils in them. Now you just need to get some butterscotch chips with no hydrogenated oils in. Thanks for all the wonderful products. Keep up the good work.

These were in the chocolate gift set I got as a gift. I'm not much of a white chocolate lover - but these may have converted me. SO much better than the store-bought white chocolate. Worked well in white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.
