It's official! After two batches of the basic brownie mix my family are big fans! This evening, while having our after-dinner coffee my husband said, "You know what's great about these brownies? They are made for ADULT taste. They're not overly sweet, too chocolatey, no overload of any one flavor, but all together, it's delicious." I couldn't agree more! I haven't added anything to the mix, just baked them from the easy to follow directions, and they are absolutely delicious, the way a brownie SHOULD taste. Thank you KAF!

I made these brownies for work and EVERYONE raved about how great they were. I will never go back to a standard "box" mix again. Much easier than making my own from scratch and they taste better! My only complaint is that the mix does not have enough for the three batches- I ended up adding some flour to have enough for 3 batches. I see the update now about using 3 cups rather than 3 1/2 cups.

How much chocolate can you stand? WOW this is really chocolate. I made individual cutouts with this, gaunached and what a big hit this great mix was.

Wow! I made the fudgy version - they are very rich and fudgy for sure! (and I'm no wimp) They tasted delicious. I have my doubts that this bag will be enough for 3 batches though. I would recommend KAF do weight measurements instead of volume measurements to avoid discrepancy and help ensure that we get 3 batches.

These are very good brownies. The fudgy recipe makes a very dense, moist and rich brownie, especially the center pieces. It seems like you are eating thick, cooked batter. (Perfect for an addition to home made ice cream). I like my brownies a marriage between fudgy and cake so I followed the cake-type directions on the package but used 1 tbsp of water rather than 2 and 2 eggs instead of 3. They turned out to be the perfect balance of fudgy and cake.

Great boxed mix! I added some espresso powder to the first batch and it was wonderful. Almost couldn't stop eating them!!

I liked the brownies I get from this mix. But the bag did not have enough for 3 batches of brownies.
