Very good BUT if an 8 oz bag is $4.99, why would you pay $12.95 for 16 oz? Two 8 oz bags would be 16 oz for $9.98. . . Usually things are cheaper in larger quantities.

These are rich and creamy in homemade candies, especially good over turtles topped with a bit of kosher salt which really makes the flavor pop. Easy to temper. Wafers are yummy by themselves for a satisfying chocolate fix. Good snap to it.

Bob's store is in town for me (about 35 minutes away thgouh!)and i recently went to partake..my goodness! What a treat!! I was amongst many fellow food allergy people swarming the bulk aisle for the insane number of flours at crazy prices....brilliant! I think a lot of people would find many your post helpful. These are wonderful...I bought them to make the pecan-and-caramel candies for my husband, and they work great for that (by the way, you can make a batch of those candies in no time at all), but they're also good for snacking (sigh). Seriously, I'll be keeping these on hand ALL the time now....they're just the right size for so many uses! And the chocolate quality is out of this world!

I used the disks to make the KA peppermint bark recipe. The dark chocolate definitely made the difference! The candy was so good that my husband told me I could not send it to his mother because it would make her feel bad about her own candy.

These dark chocolate discs are wonderful just to eat plain! They make great turtles too! If you melt one on your tongue you will have the very nice flavor of very dark chocolate.

Pop one in your mouth and feel the silky, rich chocolate absolutely melt in your mouth! I always keep melting discs in my pantry - milk, bittersweet/dark, and unsweetened for whatever recipe comes along. I will not be without these! Very high quality and well worth the cost.
