Another reason I love KAF, the secret ingredients that make my baking over the top. My friends RAVE over my brownies, chocolate cake and cookies since I started adding this to the regular baking cocoa I use. It just brings everything to a new level. Isn't that why we bake, for the rave reviews we get??

This is truly one of my secret ingredients. I use about half to two thirds of this for the amount of cocoa in a recipe and every had turned out divine. Everyone raves about the flavor. I've used it in brownies, whoopie pies and cakes. A real one of a kind item that gives everything a special chocolate flavor.

Absolutely love this stuff, mix it in with regular cocoa, have added it to special dark and dutch-processed cocoa. If you love intense chocolate flavor, you will not be disappointed. It just takes any recipe using cocoa over the top!! I had to order more, just to make sure I never run out of it.

This is such a great item I have given it to my mother, my sister, my friends. Using a little of it in place of regular cocoa takes anything chocolate that you bake to a whole different dimension. Wow.

I finally found the secret to Oreo cookies! This powder is not only great in baking, I'm working with a local coffee shop to incorporate it into some of his coffees for a richer, bolder chocolate flavor! Will be sure to buy again and again!

I love this cocoa. In a recipe calling for cocoa, I use half black cocoa and half regular cocoa and the results are so rich and dark. Everyone asks what I use to get such rich baked goods.

I like this cocoa but I don't love it. It is a little too dark and rich for me. I like the more milk chocolatety taste. My family likes it though. I will use it but just in small portions. We do recommend using black cocoa in combination with a dutch-processed cocoa. You might find that blend more to your liking. Tara@KAF

So far we have made chocolate crinkles and hot cocoa and both were the best we had ever had. We used it at a half black cocoa half dutch cocoa ratio.
