I cannot keep enough of this in my pantry. I put it into every chocolate recipe I make. It not only darkens the chocolate baked goods, but adds depth to the flavor. I can't bake without it!

I just used the last of my black cocoa. Time to re-order!! It makes things so rich and chocolatey! Like the first review said, "OMG!" One usage tip: I put all of it through a sifter, because it was clumping when I didn't and it was hard to break up the clumps during mixing. Then it was ready to go in my airtight container.

Well, what can I say but OMG! Just use 1/2 of black cocoa and 1/2 regular cocoa and you will notice such a difference in texture and deepth of flavor that only existed in gourmet chocolate. Completly agree with other review not to be wasted on ambivilant chocolate fans. Although it could send them to the other side of the fence once they tried it.

I've used this very dark cocoa in many recipes ranging from chocolate truffle cheesecake to double chocolate cookies. I don't bake chocolate without it. I use it 50% with bensdorp Dutch cocoa. I sometime overindulge and use full strength for a deep chocolate flavor, not for part time chocolate lovers!!

I made the KA brownie recipe and added in about 1 tsp along with the double dutch cocoa (another keeper) and it was the BEST! So rich, BLACK and chocolately. I will never be without this product. A KEEPER!

This cocoa is excellent. The taste is that of dark chocolate of oreos -- not bitter. I used nearly all black cocoa in the KAP best brownies recipe then realized I should have used less. It still tasted good but I will use more like 1/2 or 1/4 black to dutch to get the dark color but also flavor. Strong, tasty chocolate flavor!
