These pancakes are delicious - even better than I thought they would be. 3 friends were rolling their eyes at how wonderful these were :) Three of us ate them plain with nothing on them - one used maple syrup. I let the batter sit around 10 minutes after mixing and the dried blueberries were soft and plump and had a nice berry flavor. The pancakes are tender and fluffy. I have a bit of leftover batter to make a batch for myself in the morning .

For the best blueberry pancakes ever, try this mix. Before trying this mix, I read some of the other reviews. I decided to let the mix set 30-45 minutes before making pancakes. Turns out this is the secret. Fluffy pancakes and no crunchy blueberries. I am constantly asked to make these pancakes for breakfast.

Love-love-love this mix! We stock up on this one! Great taste! And I'm picky, I make my own blueberry pancake mix, but if I run out this is a fast fix for us!

I thought this would be of the same quality as KAF Pumpkin Spice pancake mix...it was not! Poor texture. Poor taste. Would never make again! I will go back and make from scratch. Problem is what to do with the other mixes I ordered. I am sorry this did not work out for you. If you give customer service a call at 800.827.6836, we would be happy to refund or exchange for another item.

why not use a small can of moist blueberries instead of aqdding those hard little berry nuggets ? i bought 2 boxes,made some once,my husband disliked those hard berries. if you included canned blueberries,we could rinse and add to mix,and then they would taste lovely.
The "nuggets" you are referring to are dehydrated blue berries, this is done to ensure freshness to the ingredients. You should have no problem softening these blueberries when adding liquid. Please call us and we'll gladly send a replacement and provide guidance on this if you would like. Of course, there's also no issue in removing the berries in the mix and adding your own fresh blueberries, but supplying these in the mix would not be possible.

My daughter made these for me today for my Mother's Day breakfast; delicious! Fluffy,not heavy, generous amount of blueberries..great way to start the day.
