In addition to the uses already posted I use this in making matzo ball soup. Oil in the mixture and then oil on my hands to make the matzo balls.

Highly recommend. Unfortunately, my first bottle broke open when I removed it from shipping but KAF replaced it. The aroma is incredible and I use it in a lot of cooking, especially pasta dishes.

I have made garlic before but prefer Boyajian Oil. Absolutely wonderful in and on pizza crusts.

I love this oil. I use it in Italian breads sometimes, I use it for a dipping oil, but my favorite use is brushing the top of the pizza dough with it just before putting toppings on. Delicious!

I had no idea where this oil originated from and had to call the company to find out it was indeed Italy. What was more problematic was that it is not 100% EVOO. Worst of all, it has a disclaimer of being processed in facility that manufactures peanuts on their equipment. I use olive oil as a butter substitute from my toddler granddaughter who has serious reactions to dairy, eggs, and peanuts. Now this olive oil is not good to use for her. So if you have issues with allergies, beware. I will not be able to purchase this item again.
I am sorry that this item will no longer suit your needs. Most flavored oils do not use the first presses because of the intensity in flavor. Using the lighter olive oils allows the specific flavor imparted to come through more strongly. I hope you are able to find something comparable and safe for your grandaughter in the meantime. ~Amy

This oil is the greatest, it has a great flavor and it's very versatile. I use it to cook italian and chinese dishes the most and it's wonderful for dipping your bread!

I'd give it ten stars! This is one of my favorite ingredients. I give it to my friends, and I use it in almost every recipe calling for oil. I saute in it. It adds just a delightful hint of garlic. Please never discontinue it!!
