Used this pan to make two long loaves of the rustic sourdough bread and they came out great.

Great pan. First time I used it, it gave me a "store" quailty bread. My daugher thought I had bought it when I brough it to her house. She is a baker so I gave her a pan also and she love it too. It really makes a great loaf of Bread and is so easy to clean... Will be getting anothe one for Granddaughter to use.

I made french bread in this pan and it came out nice and crispy on the crust and soft and tender inside. It was a good buy and I would recommend it. I'm looking forward to trying it with some other dough, i.e. wheat and/or a rye version to see how it goes.

Who knew that the hole for the air would allow for a crisp crust even when lined with parchment. Finally, my husband can have gluten-free Italian bread. Which leads to garlic bread, panini, croutons for onion soup, etc. Get this pan--it will change your baking life.

This pan produces an excellent loaf, for pumpernickel and plain white or rye breads as well as for my favorite rustic Italian loaves.

What a great bread pan! Using Peter Reinhart's Italian Bread recipe and KA all purpose flour, using this pan I was able to create a showstopper bread: gorgeous crunchy crust, chewy crumb, and ohs and ahs from my family and friends.

This pan is great, I bake our bread all the time. I have a stone but this pan makes the best crunchy loaves. I used the recipe,Italian Supermarket Bread. .and was amazed at how it looked like bakery bread. Even down to the little "lumps" at the bottom of the bread. Itis easy to clean. I will be buying another to give to my daughter who also bakes her bread and thought I had bought it at a store, when I gave her a couple loaves. Great pan. Great recipe.
