Wow! This is the best bread ever! I make the dough in the bread maker, then take it out to finish it in the oven. If you want to have a really decadent treat, try using this dough for cinnamon rolls. Your knees will buckle. The brioche dough is so buttery and rich, and you can see the layers in the dough. It is absolutely fantastic on its own, but it is out of this world when cinnamon/sweet rolls are made with it. Just heavenly!

We love this bread even though it is not whole grain. It bakes up nicely in the machine, and in small loves too.
