Yummy! I highly recommend it. However, for waffles, I find that it's better to halve the amount of butter (definitely not double it!).

I make pancakes at least once a week and have tried all kinds of mixes but this is by far, by very far, the best one. It is pricey but the malt taste is terrific and it makes wonderful waffles too. Try it , you'll love it!

This mix is simple and easy. My husband can't stop asking me to make them. The very best pancakes we have ever tasted EVER!

My husband and I did a side by side taste test against a well known box mix. King Arthur Buttermilk Pancake Mix won hands down. These pancakes along with some real maple syrup are what breakfast is all about!

This mix is OK. It baked up flat and to sweet and the flavor was to complex for a simple dish like pancakes. For me, the classic Betty Crocker recipe will do. It's cheaper and tastes much frehser.

really good pancake mix. This will be a staple in my house. My four boys scarfed them down for breakfast this weekend!

The best. I also started using this mix when it was called "Saturday Morning Pancake Mix". My kids and their friends all love this. I confess I add a bit of vanilla extract and about a tablespoon of sugar to the basic mix (I don't measure, we taste). My daughter wants to eat the batter straight up but condescends to let me make it into pancakes as long as I add chocolate chips. It's the go-to breakfast for sleepovers. The kids request it every time. So easy, so good.

I tried this mix when it was called "Saturday Morning" pancake & waffle mix. The malt flavor pushes it WAY above the competition. We have a large family gathering on Easter Sunday and the waffles made with this mix are requested every year!

This is a delicious pancake mix and greatly enjoyed by our family (especially 2 teenage sons). Much better than mixes I've purchased in supermarkets.
