Greetings, This is absolutely one of the finest milk chocolate products that I have ever used. The chocolate is rich, creamy and easily melted (I used a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water to melt it). I baked a half sheet pan of peanut butter candy cakes and decided to use this as the chocolate candy coating. Well, needless to say....it was a most scrumptuous candy cake....family and friends are asking me to make another batch ASAP! King Arthur Flour.....you keep right on bringing us the ingredients for crowd pleasers at prices that are most reasonable!

This has good melting, smooth taste and is great for coating foods.
