I have four words about this product: High Fructose Corn Syrup.
The cherries look gorgeous but their flavor is pale and disappointing. Would love it if KAF could source this product without the genetically modified ingredients. Until they do, I won't repurchase or recommend this product.
Thanks for your comments. At this time, there is no source in the US for guaranteed NON-GMO corn syrup, as even non-GMO corn plants may experience cross-pollination with GMO plants in the field. Again, we appreciate your feedback. MJR @ KAF

The tastiest candied cherries ever! I make fruitcake, using a KAF recipe, for friends - those who already like fruitcake, loved the plump cherries; those who thought they did not like fruitcake were bowled over by this moist, tasty cake.

EXCELLENT! I used this together with the "Our Favorite Fruit Blend" as recommended for the KAF fruitcake mix. The result was the best fruitcake I've ever had. I made a few of them. Unfortunately this year I was too late and missed getting any fruitcake mix. :-(

Like the candied, European candied citrus fruits that KAF also offers, these cherries were so succulent and delicious, I was lucky to have enough for my baking. I kept stealing a taste along the way. These are scrumptious and well worth the price.

Purchased these cherries in the fruit cake kit including the fruit. This was absolutely the best fruitcake I have ever eaten. Have never liked fruitcake due to all the sweet candied citrus peel. i will buy them again next year with the cake kit. They were easy to cut up, not sticking to the knife like regular candied cherries. Thanks for the wonderful & easy to make cake.

These are the best candied cherries ever. My adult children were looking for the slices that had the most cherries in them. Really take your fruit cake to a new level.

These are the best candied cherries I have ever used. They are firm and sweet. Arrived in a nice container which keeps the cherries from getting crushed. Thanks King Arthur Flour...another great product.

The cherries tasted "off" to me out of the container, but they are great inside baked goods. My family LOVES the holiday sweet rolls I made with these. They aren't meant to be eaten out of hand, so no deduction for not tasting right to me that way. However, I am deducting one star because of the high fructose corn syrup.
